Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock, ensuring quantity and quality accuracy.
  • Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of housekeeping, maintenance, and operational supplies.
  • Issue items to housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams as per approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, and system entries.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, and control of assets, tools, and consumables.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for purchase requests and deliveries.
  • Support property setup, turnovers, and replenishment for holiday homes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic MS Office skills.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests efficiently.
  • Physically fit to handle stock movement when required.
  • Honest, reliable, and responsible with company assets.
