Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations for fresh produce items including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage to maintain freshness and quality of fruits and vegetables.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, including receipts, dispatches, and daily inventory updates.
  • Perform data entry for stock transactions in the system.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Keep the store area organized, clean, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly stock reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) handling or storage.
  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper in a fresh market.
  • Very good English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Excellent data entry and documentation skills (Excel or inventory systems).
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Arabic nationality preferred.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
