Receive and inspect MEP materials such as cables, conduits, fittings, pipes, valves, switches, and equipment Verify materials against delivery notes, LPOs, and specifications Ensure proper storage of MEP items (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to prevent damage or deterioration Maintain accurate stock records using ERP systems or manual logs Issue materials based on approved material requests (MRN / MIV) Track material consumption and update stock balance regularly Coordinate with MEP engineers and procurement team for material requirements Conduct periodic physical stock verification and audits Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) for materials where applicable Handle damaged, excess, or returned materials properly Ensure store safety, housekeeping, and compliance with HSE standards Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and consumption reports
