We are looking for a Strategic Projects Coordinator with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE as a Strategic Projects Coordinator at a chain of multi-site clinics / retail chains / hospitality / luxury services chain.
The ideal candidate would have a consulting background within the healthcare industry, focused on multi-site chains. Candidates without experience in a multi-site chain of clinics or a multi-site luxury retail chain would not qualify for this position.
The Strategic Projects Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of company-wide strategic initiatives. Acting as a cross-functional project coordinator, that ensures strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, tracked rigorously, and delivered on time.
This is a high-impact role suitable for candidates with strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and experience in multi-department project execution. The ideal candidate brings a consulting mindset, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with senior manager. Demonstrate exposure to cross-functional project execution and KPI-driven initiatives. You must have a strong understanding of project management frameworks (Charters, RAID, KPIs, Milestones, RACI). Ability to manage multiple work-streams and deliver under pressure. High accuracy, disciplined follow-up, and ownership mindset. Analytical & problem solving skills. Experience interpreting performance metrics and translating insight. Strong analytical capability with ability to break problems into structured components. Capability to synthesize complex information into executive-level reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to influence and coordinate across senior and junior stakeholders. Skilled at building clarity and alignment across functions. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI. Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/ Slides.
The following qualifications are preferred -CAPM , PMP , PRINCE2 or similar,Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt),Agile/Scrum Foundation certifications. Professional training in project management or business analysis.
