About Accenture Accenture partners with C-suite leaders to shape growth, transform operating models, and deliver large-scale business reinvention. The Role As a Consultant within Accenture, you will help leading organizations across Transport, Aviation, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial and Retail sectors solve critical business challenges and drive transformation at scale. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders on high-impact strategic initiatives spanning growth, performance, digital transformation, operational excellence, sustainability, and AI-enabled reinvention. Key Responsibilities Deliver strategic analyses and actionable recommendations for executive clients Structure complex problems and translate data into business insights Support large-scale transformation programs from strategy to execution Develop operating models, business cases, and market assessments Contribute to C-level presentations and client workshops Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams combining strategy, technology, data, and operations Drive innovation and identify growth opportunities within priority industries Preferred Sector Exposure Experience in one or several of the following industries: Transport & Mobility Aviation Aerospace & Defense Industrial Equipment & Manufacturing Retail & Consumer Goods
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Master s degree from a top business or engineering school 2 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within leading international organizations. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
