Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models for structural components using BIM software tools.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineering teams to develop accurate models.
• Ensure that all BIM models comply with company and industry standards.
• Assist in the coordination and management of project information and data.
• Prepare construction documents and drawings from BIM models for projects.
• Analyze design plans and provide improvement recommendations to the team.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and data validation for BIM models.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members on BIM processes.
• Manage the integration of different BIM models for optimized performance.
• Attend project meetings to report on modeling progress and challenges.
• Maintain a current understanding of BIM technologies and industry developments.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure BIM software is updated and functional.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building information modeling within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM-focused software like Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and construction materials.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse project teams.
• Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
