Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Structural Draftsman/Technician with experience in AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed structural drawings and BIM models, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of design documentation across a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed structural drawings and BIM models for concrete and other structural systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Interpret architectural and structural design intent and translate into fully coordinated construction drawings.
  • Work closely with structural engineers to develop structural drawings.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, architectural) to ensure model and drawing integration.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural drafting, preferably in a consulting company (design).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction detailing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with architectural detailing and basic knowledge of architectural design principles.
