Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience: 5–8 years

  • Prepare and review structural designs for RC and steel structures
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations
  • Prepare and review drawings and shop drawings
  • Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and site teams
  • Support site activities and resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 5–8 years relevant experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
  • Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 or similar
  • Good communication and coordination skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale projects, demonstrating a capacity for managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and RISA-3D is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of engineering work.
