Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Structural Design & Analysis: Design and analyze structural systems for high-rise buildings, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with UAE & international standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, Dubai and RAKM Municipality regulations)

• Software Proficiency: Use ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit for modeling, analysis, and detailing

• Coordination: Collaborate with Architects, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution

• Documentation: Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports

• Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential structural risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Inspections: Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
