Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and review structural calculations, analysis models, and IFC drawings in compliance with UAE codes and applicable international standards
Prepare complete structural design packages for villas, low-rise, and residential/commercial projects
Manage structural authority submissions and respond to CFR / technical comments
Coordinate with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure fully integrated and compliant designs
Review and approve structural shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and method statements
Conduct structural site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Support as-built verification and authority completion requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
3–5 years UAE consultancy experience (Dubai mandatory)
Valid Dubai Municipality G+4 or G+12 License (Grey Card) – Mandatory
Active Society of Engineers (SOE) Registration – Mandatory
Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROKON
Strong understanding of UAE construction codes and authority submission processes
Experience in villa and low-rise structural design preferred
UAE Driving License – Preferred
