Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural systems to ensure they meet safety and durability standards, utilizing advanced software like AutoCAD and SAP
Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall building plans while adhering to local codes.
Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
Prepare detailed structural reports and documentation that clearly communicate design rationale and compliance with engineering principles.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringMinimum 8+ years of experience in roads & infrastructure projects
Strong experience in bridges, culverts, retaining walls & road structures
Knowledge of UAE authority standards (RTA, DM, etc.)
Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, etc.)
Candidates must be currently available inside UAE
Immediate joiners preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is mandatory to practice in many jurisdictions.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
Proven track record of successful project management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
