Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans to ensure precise work.
Cut, assemble, and weld structural metal components according to specifications.
Perform measuring, marking, and alignment of steel structures before welding or assembly.
Inspect and test fabricated components to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding machines safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other fabricators to meet project deadlines.
Maintain work area cleanliness and organize tools and materials efficiently.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and PPE usage at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–5 years in structural fabrication or similar industry.
Skills: Proficient in welding, cutting, and assembling metal structures.
Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling heavy materials and working in demanding environments.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety practices, OSHA or UAE safety standards preferred.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, team player, and able to work under supervision and independently.
