Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draw / Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.

  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery, such as plasma cutters and welding equipment.

  • Perform quality checks on fabricated structures to guarantee compliance with industry standards and specifications.

  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to address design discrepancies and optimize fabrication processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication is preferred.
  • Proven experience in structural fabrication, typically 3-5 years in a related field.
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Welder or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, with a focus on structural projects.
