Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble steel components as per project requirements.
  • Measure, cut, bend, and weld metal materials with high accuracy.
  • Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances of fabricated items.
  • Use fabrication tools such as grinders, cutters, welding machines, and measuring instruments.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Coordinate with the supervisor/foreman to meet daily production targets.
  • Inspect and verify completed work to ensure quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a structural fabricator in a steel structure or heavy fabrication industry.
  • Strong knowledge of structural drawings and fabrication processes.
  • Hands-on experience with welding (ARC/MIG preferred), cutting, and grinding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards.
