Roles & Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Encourage students to participate and promote Cultural, Social, and sports activities through organizing periodical events at the college level and jointly with other Higher Education Institutions.
  • Supervise student activities.
  • Plan and monitor other student activities in coordination with the Director.
  • Accompany students on site visits, social and recreational trips, and strengthen students community ties through social and volunteer work.
  • Supervise students participation in college and inter college student activities.
  • Monitor the activities of student groups.
  • Preparing event plans.
  • Supervising the implementation of plans.
  • Working in the morning and evening hours.
  • Able to leave during working hours to complete work outside the institution.
  • implementing everything assigned to him by the department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor s or Diploma degree in Public relations and mass communication, business administration, or any specialization related to student activities and student services.

Experience: 2-5 years in Student Activities, Student Affairs, Events Management, and Public Relations Event Management, Organizational Responsibility, and Leadership and Communication Skills

Technical/Work-based Skills: Microsoft Office

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Ms. Word, and : Outlook

General Skills/Attributes Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good interpersonal skills.
