SUB-CONTRACT ENGINEER Al Raha Metal Products Factory LLC

1. Assist in preparing subcontract enquiry packages including Scope of Work (SoW), technical specifications, drawings, BOQ, and supporting documents.

2. Support alignment of subcontract requirements with main contract technical, schedule, quality, and HSE obligations.

3. Review subcontractor technical submissions and assist in identifying compliance, deviations, and exclusions.

4. Support Technical and Commercial Bid Evaluations (TBE/CBE) and assist in subcontractor selection processes.

5. Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of subcontracts, work orders, amendments, and change orders.

6. Support the flow-down of main contract terms and technical requirements to subcontractors.

7. Monitor subcontractor progress, deliverables, and documentation against approved scope and schedules.

8. Assist in reviewing subcontractor drawings, method statements, and QA/QC submissions for compliance.

9. Support preparation and tracking of variations, Extension of Time (EOT) requests, and claims documentation.
