SAE ( Sub contract Administration Engineer)
Candidate should have a Degree in Civil / Mechanical with 10-12 years OR Diploma ( Civil / Mechanical) with 15 years experience
Candidate having experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, refineries preferred.
Responsibilities: All quantity surveying duties including measurement, valuation & agreement of work sections
Preparation of interim progress payment and internal valuations
Maintain documentation for each prospective tender along necessary supporting from internal/external department
Interim administration and settlement of subcontractor accounts
Analyses major material items and major sub-contracting works for the project
Analyse the pricing of variation orders
Co-ordinate with procurement department for obtaining best prices for labour contractors and other external parties
Provide all back up for project control / QA-QC / Procurement / Finance departments
Participated in review meeting with subcontractors to monitor progress and iron out any ambiguities
Preparing final as built quantities and processing the final payment invoices.
Reconciliation of labour, material, plant and subcontractors
Co-coordinating the work with other members of the project team
Understand the contract term, rates, pricing, Cost Estimation, preparing of budget, preparation of monthly cost reports.
Administrate the subcontracts for their invoice, payment, claims.
Monitoring the progress and cost of the project, find the changes & notify to client.
Follow up with the client for approval of the change orders, invoices, milestones. Prepare & monitor the claims for any cost incurred during the project.
