Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all pipeline construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, with zero compromise on safety.
  • Manage and mentor a team of construction personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment, while driving individual and team growth.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures, proactively identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in project management principles.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to project management best practices and professional development.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pipeline construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience within the oil and gas industry, showcasing a deep understanding of pipeline construction and operational requirements.
