Supervisor - Electrical

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong Substation project experience and GCC background. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, ensuring compliance with project drawings, safety standards, and timelines. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating with engineers, and supporting testing & commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards

• Allocate work to electricians and technicians to achieve planned productivity and project milestones

• Monitor daily site activities and report progress, constraints, and risks to the Site Engineer – Electrical

• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth execution and proper interface management

• Ensure proper use, handling, and storage of electrical materials, tools, and equipment

• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with consultants, clients, and authorities

Team Management

• Supervise electricians, technicians, helpers, and subcontractor personnel at site

• Assign tasks and provide technical guidance to ensure clarity of daily work instructions

• Monitor workforce performance and provide on-the-job coaching to improve productivity

• Enforce discipline, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies among site staff

• Assist Site Engineer – Electrical in workforce planning and performance evaluation

Quality, Health & Safety (QHSE)

• Ensure adherence to project-specific QHSE plans and electrical safety regulations

• Maintain compliance with statutory and company safety standards

• Identify risks and ensure safe working practices on site
