Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the fabrication process of facade elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules.

  • Supervise a team of facade fitters, providing clear instructions, training, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity and quality.

  • Conduct regular inspections of fabricated components, identifying and resolving any defects or deviations from the approved standards.

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to address technical issues, clarify design details, and ensure seamless integration of facade elements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.

  • Holds a minimum of 5 years of experience in facade fabrication, with a strong understanding of various facade systems and materials.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting shop drawings, technical specifications, and architectural plans.

  • Exhibits a comprehensive knowledge of fabrication processes, including cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing techniques.
