Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily field operations ensuring service quality and safety compliance.

  • Assign work orders and monitor job completion against schedule.

  • Optimize manpower allocation and equipment utilization.

  • Monitor team productivity and provide operational guidance.

  • Conduct random site inspections to ensure compliance with company procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and operational procedures.

  • Participate in the Supervisor Duty Rotation to ensure round-the-clock operational coverage.

  • Receive operational calls from clients and internal teams during assigned duty periods.

  • Coordinate emergency or urgent jobs outside standard working hours.

  • Re-plan schedules and reassign manpower to meet urgent operational requirements.

  • Maintain duty logs and ensure proper shift handover to the next duty supervisor.

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational complaints and service escalations.

  • Investigate client complaints and identify root causes.

  • Coordinate corrective actions with field teams.

  • Communicate updates and solutions to clients professionally.

  • Prepare and submit complaint investigation and closure reports.

  • Lead and execute assigned operational projects.

  • Plan manpower, equipment, and safety requirements for project execution.

  • Prepare and implement Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA).

  • Conduct pre-job safety briefings and toolbox talks.

  • Ensure compliance with rope access standards and safety regulations.

  • Conduct site surveys for new and existing clients.

  • Assess access requirements, manpower needs, and safety risks.

  • Prepare accurate technical reports and survey documentation.

  • Identify additional service opportunities during surveys.

  • Support the sales team with technical input for quotations.

  • Attend client meetings, project coordination meetings, and safety briefings.

  • Coordinate with client representatives regarding service schedules and site access.

  • Ensure proper communication between clients, operations teams, and management.

  • Provide professional representation of the company during site engagements.

  • Supervise and mentor field teams and rope access technicians.

  • Ensure staff follow operational and safety procedures.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and operational briefings.

  • Support training programs and competency development.

  • Monitor overtime and workforce performance.
