Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise all site activities related to renovation and repair works. Coordinate with demolition teams, masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers. Ensure proper execution of structural alterations, retrofitting, and finishing works. Read and implement construction and renovation drawings. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion as per project schedule. Supervise dismantling of structures, cutting, chiseling, and surface preparation. Manage site manpower and allocate daily tasks. Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage at the site. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with standards. Maintain site documentation: Daily Progress Reports (DPR), attendance, and material consumption. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of work and materials. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
