Recruitment Fraud Alert
Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated fraud involving job opportunities through communications such as unsolicited emails, online recruitment services such as LinkedIn, bogus websites, and text messages claiming to be from Parker Drilling. The aim of the fraud is to obtain personal information or money. Recent incidents have occurred involving both individuals and organizations falsely claiming to recruit on behalf of Parker Drilling. These emails and offer letters often appear legitimate and may include job description, salary, and benefit details. Prospective candidates may be instructed by fraudsters to pay them fees for immigration and visa application/processing services. We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited offers of employment.
Ensure monthly visits are conducted regularly to the well sites to enforce leadership management involvement.
Responsible to control the inventory consumption and work closely with the warehouse supervisor
Responsible to manage TACS and Oracle on daily basis.
Ensure a daily forecast for the operations and revenue is tracked on daily basis and coordinate with eth Operations management.
Possess the ability to appropriately communicate with clients, to understand their every need and also relay information to the TRS Management in order to facilitate the client.
Responsible for ensuring the accurate completion of all equipment load-outs to client job sites as per customer requests.
Designate duties and oversee work of TRS personnel, inclusive of yard personnel and offshore personnel whenever present at the Operations base.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers in order to achieve work goals, as well as suggest changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase work efficiency.
May be required to perform operational duties on clients well site as a TRS offshore crew member as may be dictated by the Operations Manager.
The employee shall contribute to ensuring that the Quality standard is maintained and improved.
Actively participate in all Quality improvement activities of the organization including:
i. Reporting all nonconformities
ii. Suggest preventative actions for any incident that may occur
iii. Correct any incidents that occur while performing the job
iv. Generate internal and external reports
v. Ensure NCR S are closed respecting the time frame.
Work with Product Line Management and Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.
Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the TRS in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures.
Ensure all TRS staff have objectives set and performance reviews completed in accordance with HR directions and timelines.
Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including providing career development planning and opportunities.
Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity throughout the TRS BU that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, as well as cohesiveness, supportiveness, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the department to succeed.
Lead employees to meet the organizations expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment Operational Management.
Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill organizational and TRS BU goals efficiently and effectively.
Coordinates and plans the work of the department to ensure compliance with existing contractual obligations.
Reviews Field Operations reports for completeness and accuracy. Ensure jobs are entered in a timely manner and that all incidents and accidents are reported promptly, investigated and closed out.
Sources and allocates equipment and/or personnel requirements ensuring they are fit for purpose and in accordance with customer s requirements/instructions.
Ensures that pre and post job briefs are conducted and documented with field crews.
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency, and output.
Establish and maintain relevant controls and feedback systems to monitor the operation of the department that will ensure compliance with organizational requirements as well as contractual obligations.
Review performance data that includes QHSE, financial, capital efficiency and utilization reports and spreadsheets, to monitor and measure departmental productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness. Propose actions to address any potential performance issues.
Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to measure and drive the functions of the TRS BU.
Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track performance, trends and department direction.
