Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced PLC Maintenance Supervisor to lead shift-based maintenance operations and ensure high system availability in an automated industrial environment. The role requires strong hands-on experience with PLC-based systems and the ability to manage maintenance teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Experience & Qualification:

  • B.Tech / B.E.: 5 8 years
  • Diploma (Engineering): 9 12 years
  • ITI: 13 16 years

  • Ensure daily system availability through preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC-based systems
  • Execute shift preventive maintenance (PM) plans and breakdown maintenance
  • Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to ensure smooth maintenance operations
  • Monitor shift KPIs and drive corrective actions to improve performance
  • Maintain CMMS data accuracy and ensure proper work-order documentation and closure
  • Lead and coordinate maintenance teams to meet operational and reliability targets


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Schneider preferred)
  • Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing environments
  • Team leadership and shift handling experience
  • Familiarity with CMMS tools and maintenance reporting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Experience in automated manufacturing plants / Industry 4.0 environments
