Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prioritizes work according to goals and schedules.
• Responsible for the day to day operational management
• Organize work load, supervise and allocate driver assignments on a daily basis.
• Implement and monitor repairs and/or replacements of site power tools
• Supervise and perform vehicle maintenance activities, which can be either mechanical, electrical.
• Ensuring all vehicles/ equipment maintained in good working order and in accordance with current legislation to maintain performance and agreed service standards.
• Maintain logs of materials, vehicle & equipment
• Handling petty cash for day to day site operations for buying materials, diesel for generators etc.
• Collate all the financial transactions done in the daily operations of a business and record them in their respective accounts.
• Ensuring all administrative records are completed accurately. Preparation of relevant reports and documents for Department Head.
• Organize vendor enquiries and obtain quotations and negotiation.
• Material dispatch to project sites as per the requirement
• Prepare delivery notes and reports
• Logistics management for timely delivery of materials to meet project deadline.
• Update inventory and control register
• Detailed and thorough treatment of transactions, compliance with regulations, safeguarding a smooth running of daily operations.
• Managing team and individual performance.
•Maintenance of company accommodation
