Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence and customer experience KPIs are achieved for assigned vendors
Track vendor performance closely and drive improvements with account managers and chains
Automate reporting, dashboards, and inventory processes using Looker, Tableau, and APIs
Manage inventory integration (SFTP, assortment APIs) between vendors and Talabat technical teams
Create vendor-specific SOPs to improve inventory accuracy and reduce out-of-stock issues
Plan and optimize picker headcount for daily operations and seasonal events
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of vendor coordinators to achieve performance goals
Conduct regular performance reviews with vendors, set improvement targets, and ensure follow-through
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in a related field
2 5 years of experience in a team leadership role
Strong data analytics and automation skills with experience in reporting tools
Skilled in problem solving, performance management, and people leadership
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
