Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols, and leading by example to foster a productive environment.
  • Manage and allocate resources (tools, equipment, and personnel) effectively, optimizing utilization and minimizing downtime to meet production targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs for workshop staff, driving continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs of machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining optimal performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., in a specific trade or safety) will be highly regarded.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or heavy machinery repair industry is highly desirable.
