Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the Supply Chain Department. The role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support efficient supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain Department.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain supply chain documents, purchase orders, and reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely flow of information.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of procurement, inventory, and logistics activities.
  • Manage correspondence, scheduling, and departmental communications.
  • Support in monitoring compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
  • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle filing (physical and electronic) and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably within supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Preferably experienced in using Oracle system.
