Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Material & Production Planning

2. Planning, Data Exploration and Multiple Analysis requested by the management

FUNCTIONAL AREA

Material & Production Planning

· Ensure all products as per sales team should be filled and available in the respective storage location before the quarter begins.

· Preparation of production plan, in coordination with the concerned departments ensure all PM & Bulk would be readily available 3 months prior to next planning cycle.

· Develop the priority production list and ensure the priority products have been filled and transferred to the respective storage locations within the agreed TAT.

· Any other task/duties assigned by reporting supervisor/LOT.

Data Exploration and Analysis

· Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identify patterns, relationships, and trends which can influence policy and decision-making processes.

· Supporting the planning data by identifying and revising reports as per requirement.

· Maintain the accuracy of master data in SAP with the right parameters.

Desired Candidate Profile

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERTISE IN

· Strong written & verbal communication skills.

· Data Visualization through charts & dashboards to make the reports & analysis understandable at a glance for management (PPT & POWER BI).

· Advanced in MS Excel-mathematical and statistical functions.

· Good knowledge about manufacturing organization, overall supply chain functions and process knowledge of MRP & its function.

· Competency Weightage: 50% Communication, 30% Analytical and 20% Planning
