Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations

  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory movement

  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams for timely execution

Procurement Support

  • Assist in sourcing, vendor follow-up, and purchase order coordination

  • Support the procurement team in obtaining quotations and comparing offers

  • Ensure purchase requests are processed within timelines

Inventory Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements

  • Maintain inventory records and support stock verification processes

  • Work closely with warehouse/store teams to avoid shortages or excess stock

Logistics & Delivery Tracking

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

  • Track delivery schedules and resolve delays in coordination with logistics providers

  • Ensure proper documentation for shipments and deliveries

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare supply chain reports, stock reports, and delivery status updates

  • Maintain records of suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents

  • Support management with data analysis and operational updates

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with procurement, warehouse, finance, and operations teams

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for order fulfillment and stock planning

Requirements


Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory coordination

Skills

  • Good understanding of supply chain and inventory processes

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
