Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, allowing for proactive adjustments in supply chain operations.
  • Manage inventory levels meticulously, utilizing forecasting tools to maintain optimal stock and reduce excess, ensuring prompt order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships, focusing on quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards, minimizing risks associated with importing and exporting goods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably in industries like manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain projects with measurable outcomes and improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SAP, or other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset for global supply chain operations.
