As Supply Chain Progress Manager, your objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of the Supply Chain Progress service by guaranteeing the efficiency, profitability and fluidity of Supply Chain flows, from receipt to delivery.

In this context, you will be amenable to:

• Design, manage and implement solutions to optimize logistics processes, from procurement to delivery, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing process digitization projects.
• To ensure efficient management of the department by ensuring the skills development of the progress team,
• Manage continuous improvement projects for the supply chain by ensuring efficient coordination with internal stakeholders, holding follow-up meetings, and communicating project progress reports.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of processes and projects.
• Delivering Progr's training to the teams
• Supporting teams in implementing standards: 5S, QRQC, Kaizen, SAE standards, etc.
• Implementing a "green supply chain" by promoting alternative modes of transport, optimizing packaging, and working with responsible suppliers,
• To ensure the identification of potential risks in the supply chain and the implementation of action plans to mitigate them,
• Ensure the implementation of standards: 5S, QRQC, Kaizen, SAE standards, etc.
