Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct topographic surveys using UAV/drone technologies.

  2. Analyze aerial imagery and prepare topographic and contour maps.

  3. Provide building stake-out services using modern survey systems.

  4. Produce and maintain 2D and 3D digital and paper maps.

  5. Review field data and verify survey plans.

  6. Support engineering and survey analysis teams.

  7. Prepare periodic and annual reports.

  8. Calculate costs of maps and engineering drawings.

  9. Comply with information security and confidentiality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Survey Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. UAE Nationals: : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Technical Competencies: Surveying, Mapping & Geodesy, Survey Data Analysis, Dubai Survey Regulations. Career Path: Survey Engineer → Senior Survey Engineer → Principal Survey Engineer Work Environment: Office and field-based (40%–60% field work). Performance Indicators: Timeliness, data accuracy, service quality, and operational efficiency
