Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct precise land surveys to determine property boundaries, ensuring accuracy for legal and commercial use.
  • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to collect and analyze data, enhancing project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed survey reports and maps that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to provide critical data that informs design and construction decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional licensure or certification as a land surveyor is highly preferred, demonstrating commitment to industry standards.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in land surveying or a closely related field is required for this role.
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and AutoCAD software is crucial for data analysis and presentation.
