Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed land surveys using advanced technology and equipment to ensure precise measurements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate maps, reports, and legal documents that reflect survey findings and land ownership.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to provide critical data for design and construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Analyze survey data and make recommendations for land use, zoning, and environmental considerations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on technical knowledge.
  • Professional licensure as a Land Surveyor is mandatory, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a solid track record in diverse surveying projects.
  • Proficiency in surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS applications, showcasing technical expertise.
