Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured swimming lessons for individuals and groups
- Ensure all participants follow safety rules and pool regulations
- Assess swimmers’ progress and adjust training plans accordingly
- Supervise activities to prevent accidents and respond promptly to emergencies
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
- Promote a positive and encouraging atmosphere for all participants
Desired Candidate Profile
- ADQCC Certificate – Mandatory
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (BLS preferred)
- Proven experience as a Swim Coach or Lifeguard Trainer
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, safety protocols, and rescue procedures
- Excellent communication, observation, and instructional skills
- Ability to motivate and develop swimmers of all ages and abilities
- Physically fit and capable of demonstrating proper techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and professionalism
