Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor the pool and gym areas, proactively identifying potential hazards and enforcing safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  • Provide immediate and effective first aid and CPR in emergency situations, ensuring all certifications are up-to-date and practiced regularly.
  • Conduct regular water quality testing and maintain proper chemical balance in the pool, ensuring a safe and hygienic swimming environment.
  • Supervise and manage gym operations, including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and user adherence to safety protocols.
  • Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for gym members, considering their individual goals, physical capabilities, and limitations.
  • Provide expert guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques, ensuring correct form and maximizing workout effectiveness.
  • Manage gym membership inquiries, orientations, and promote gym services to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Maintain accurate records of pool and gym activities, including attendance, incidents, and equipment maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required For Building in Abu Dhabi:


Holds Diploma Certificate.

- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in the same filed.

- Experience as a personal trainer.

- Fluent in English.
