Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations for swimming pool builds.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and efficient workflow on swimming pool projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and rectify any defects, maintaining high standards of workmanship in swimming pool construction.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed daily progress reports, documenting site activities, issues, and solutions for swimming pool projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction principles.
  • Holds a valid UAE driving license, essential for site visits, material procurement, and project management.
