Switchgear Electrician

We are looking for an experienced Switchgear Electrician to join our production team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in manufacturing and assembly of electrical switchgear panels and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly, wiring, and testing of LV/MV switchgear panels
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
• Installation of busbars, circuit breakers, relays, and control wiring
• Conducting routine inspections and quality checks during production
• Troubleshooting electrical faults in switchgear assemblies
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and production quality norms
• Supporting production targets and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in switchgear production/manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of electrical panels, MCC, PCC, and control panels
• Ability to read single-line diagrams and wiring drawings
• Hands-on experience with panel wiring, crimping, and termination
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and quality procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LV switchgear brands
• Knowledge of testing procedures and quality documentation
