Job Description
Overview
The AFC System Administrator is a senior technical professional with over 10 years of experience in operating and maintaining AFC and Central Clearing House systems. He oversees AFC operations at both employer and operator levels, manages fault reports and customer complaints, and ensures system reliability through software testing, configuration, and access administration. Additionally, he supervises CSC stocks, card administration, and aligns system operations with finance and contract teams to maintain compliance and efficiency.
Your role
- The AFC system Administrator will have a minimum of 10 years technical experience in the operation and maintenance of AFC and Central Clearing House systems (Employer level).
- He will be responsible for the handling of AFC systems including operator level (AFMC) as well as discuss AFC fault reports and AFC related customer complaints (e.g. refunds) with the AFC Contractor.
- He will test and release new software in the Test & Development Center including ITS interfaces.
- He will configure changes in the systems settings and administer access rights within the AFC system in alignment with RCRC.
- He will supervise CSC stocks for Service and Maintenance and align with Contract Admin and Finance team. He will administer the cards, black list, and bulk sales.
About you
- Experience in Central Clearing House systems.
- Handling of AFC systems Interface to 3rd Party System e.g. AFC mobile Application, ERP, Bank, PSP and Customer Call Center.
- Analyzing of AFC fault reports and AFC related customer complaints and Coordination with the AFC Contractor.
- Test and release new software in the Test & Development Center including ITS interfaces.
- Configure changes in the systems settings and administer access rights within the AFC system in alignment with the Client.
- Supervise Stocks for Service and Maintenance and align with Contract Admin and Finance team.
- Administer the cards, black list, new Versions, new Fare.
