You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and with support from our technology leadership team. During the sales cycle, you will speak in depth about Integrant s experience, clearly articulate the benefits of the Integrant service methodology, prepare estimations, evaluate potential strategies to approach a project, lead the proof of concepts, work closely with our technical team to prepare for client interviews, and ensure all deliverables meet the prospective customer s expectations.
Support the sales team by researching and answering all technical questions (internal and external).
Provide technical training sessions specific to the sales team.
Listen to initial call recordings, help with early qualification to drive strategies and solutions for specific accounts, etc.
Attend all sales meetings including the first appointment or introductory calls.
Ambassador or representative for Integrant s technical operation.
Review in depth Integrant s experience, project portfolio, and other details about the Integrant operation including skills, bench, processes, structure, etc.
Provide a technical qualification for each prospective customer. (prospect)
Set a technical strategy for each prospective customer (prospect) including, but not limited to:
Identification of where our core services are a fit.
Prioritizing the prospect s technical needs.
Defining the best ways for us to build the prospect s trust in our capabilities.
Showcasing our technical depth.
Demonstrating our ability to provide thought leadership.
Working with the technical team, build demos showcasing our capabilities and depth.
Work with Integrant writers to create technical blogs, white papers, case studies, etc. This content will be created in collaboration with the Integrant technical team.
7+ years of .NET software development experience,
3+ years of experience in technical design and architecture
Good understanding of software testing and test automation practices, hands on experience is preferred
3+ years experience managing software development and testing teams
3+ years experience in a customer facing role
Experience working with customers in the U.S. or European markets
Experience responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, building technical proposals, setting technical strategy preferred
Passionate about technical sales and working with customers
Proven technology skills
Outstanding interpersonal abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be organized and analytical, and must be able to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches
