Roles & Responsibilities

What You'll Do
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS, or similar)
  • Administer SaaS platforms used across the company (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Monitor system health, uptime, and security across all environments
  • Automate repetitive IT tasks and improve internal workflows
  • Implement and enforce security best practices (SSO, MFA, device management)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for the team quickly and reliably
  • Document systems, processes, and runbooks for operational continuity
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools as the company scales
What Makes You a Fit
  • 2+ years experience in systems administration, IT operations, or DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and SaaS administration
  • Experience with identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, MFA)
  • Comfortable with Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting (Bash, Python)
  • Security-minded you think about access control, data protection, and compliance by default
  • Self-starter who can prioritize, triage, and resolve issues independently
  • Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates
  • Organized and proactive you fix problems before they become outages
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Supabase, Vercel, or PostgreSQL administration
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
  • Background in eCommerce or agency environments
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Datadog, Sentry, Uptime Robot)
