The employee administers the employee records, performance reviews, employee relations, and assist in hiring.
To ensure staff profiles are maintained, merged and updated on a regular basis to provide accuracy.
Assist the PRO related to the ministry documents and follow up.
Handling cancellation documents/ procedures. Coordinate with the cancelled staff regarding the expiry of cancellation and follow up visa change status.
Monitoring the expiration of staff documents such as; passport, visas, health card and Emirates ID.
To maintain professional confidentiality and never disclose any secrets pertaining to the Company.
To ensure that all reports are completed on a daily basis and filed accordingly.
Handling cancellation documents/ procedures.
Update report for new visa application (data base/control)
Preparing new visa application
Preparing staff confirmation letter for Rakia.
To ensure staff profiles are maintained, merged and updated on a regular basis to provide accuracy.
To maintain the HR files related to RAKIA in an up to date and accurate manner.
Perform varied clerical duties including performing data entry functions.
Perform input and output operations and make adjustments necessary to ensure schedules are met.
Perform duties including typing correspondence, form letters, accountability forms, status reports and input/output forms in a timely manner.
Maintain files on department/records, cards, forms and correspondence sent, received and/or requiring further action.
Proof read records or forms; copy needed information from one record to another as required. Receive telephone calls and visitors, tactfully referring to the proper individual.
Promote the development of positive social skills through modelling appropriate behaviours and intervening when inappropriate behaviours are observed; provide regular feedback to staff regarding social skills procedures and intervention techniques.
Maintain accountability of offenders and property; adhere to safety practices.
To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel s Employee rules & regulations.
Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management
