Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tailor & Upholstery Foreman to supervise upholstery and tailoring works in the factory and on-site.

Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise upholstery and tailoring works (sofas, chairs, curtains, cushions, custom furniture)
• Lead and manage tailors and upholsterers on daily production tasks
• Ensure quality, measurements, stitching, and finishing standards are met
• Coordinate with joinery, production, and site teams
• Control material usage and minimize wastage
• Execute work as per drawings, samples, and specifications
• Maintain safety, discipline, and productivity
• Prepare daily progress reports for management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in upholstery and tailoring works
• Proven experience as Foreman / Supervisor preferred
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, foam, stitching, and finishing
• Ability to read drawings and understand technical requirements
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Experience in furniture factory or fit-out projects
• Must be currently inside the UAE
• Immediate availability is an advantage
