As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the MEA region, you'll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across our businesses. You'll have the freedom to structure your days and have the support of a fantastic team. How You'll Make An Impact

• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
• Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
• Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
• Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
• Attract diverse talent through various channels.
• Actively developing and maintaining external talent pipelines.
• Perform pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
• Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.
  
  

Your background

• Bachelor s degree and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in-house, with a deep understanding of recruitment trends and requirements in the region.
• Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
• Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• An expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
• Good judgment skills based on behavioural interviewing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• The right to live and work in the specified region without restriction.
