Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.
- Design and implement strategic sourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
- Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, diversity, and a strong candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in manufacturing and FMCG sectors is a must.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- A deep understanding of employer branding, candidate sourcing, and social media recruiting.
