Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes.
  • Design and implement strategic sourcing and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand talent needs and build strong pipelines.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, diversity, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate insights to inform decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master s degree is a plus.

Experience: 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in manufacturing and FMCG sectors is a must.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • A deep understanding of employer branding, candidate sourcing, and social media recruiting.
