Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, defense networks, and internal referrals).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical, security clearance, and cultural fit criteria.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks in line with defense sector regulations.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill defense roles (e.g., engineers, technicians, logistics, and operations)..
- Manage recruitment reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor hiring performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in the defense, aerospace, or military manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in technical recruiting (Engineering).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
