Job Description

A Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in a company s growth by identifying, recruiting, and bringing in talented individuals who can drive the organization forward. This professional is responsible for understanding the staffing needs and objectives of an organization, developing a dynamic recruitment strategy, establishing strong relationships with potential candidates, and enhancing the company s reputation as an employer of choice. They work closely with hiring managers and department heads to ensure that they not only bring in candidates with the right skills and qualifications but also align with the company culture and values. This position requires a deep understanding of recruiting processes, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to strategically plan for the current and future talent needs of the organization. Successful Talent Acquisition Specialists ensure that their organizations are staffed with top talent, equipped to meet business goals and drive innovation.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Partner with operations to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Build relationships with internal clients to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and goals.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Source passive candidates through professional networks, social media, and other online channels.
  • Create and implement employment branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Train and guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices and candidate assessment.
  • Monitor and evaluate recruitment and hiring trends within the industry to stay competitive.
  • Negotiate and extend offers of employment, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruiting processes and develop innovative hiring solutions.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and state-of-the-art recruitment practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
  • Proven track record of executing recruiting strategies to meet various staffing needs.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor recruitment metrics and identify trends.
