Job Description
Executing and implementing the company s staffing objective by delivering suitable candidates for the assigned job vacancies.
Duties and responsibilities
• Partner with the hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Clarify job description, competencies, benefits and required criteria
• Fulfill existing opening vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with man power plan
• Create new sourcing methods and develop recruitment materials
• Sort and filter CVs and online application to determine suitability of the candidates
• Pres-screen filtered applicants
• Schedule and arrange interview appointments
• Conduct on-site interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with any third party approval
• Deliver a full detailed information about the company, job role, package and any other benefits
• Send job offers for accepted candidates after the selection process and archive them
• Update applicant status on the company s database
• Communicate with other departments to inform about new batches and organize new employee orientation
• Manage accepted applicant tracking system and monitor on-boarding process
• Ensure all recruiting practices are aligned with the Egyptian labor law


HR / Human Relations / Industrial Relations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Undergraduate/Graduate (Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent education)
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented with analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Working in mass hiring businesses is preferred
• Human resource certificate is a plus
Working conditions
• 5 working days (from Monday till Friday)
• 9 working hours (including 1 hour as a break)
• Flexible hours from 10:00 am till 7:00 pm ( /- 2 hours)
• Location: Maadi site
