• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

• Must be a resident in Kuwait

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies

• Experience managing end-to-end hiring processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
